Hello, is there a video that lays out the step by step process for selling/buying a property without a real estate agent? I know we have access to the purchase agreement, but is it as simple as taking that purchase agreement to a title agency? I’ve read that a real estate attorney is needed in some instances/states. Wanted to get a better understanding of this process and do not recall seeing a video with it covered. Thanks in advance

I am a real estate agent. I would recommend going to the title company and asking them what documents you will need to get signed in order to transfer the title. It is different in different states, so I cannot give you specific information on that. If you are in Ohio, I can help. It is not as simple as just taking the purchase agreement to the title company (at least not that simple in Ohio). You’d need disclosures, property and lead and some cities require a point of sale inspection. Let me know if I can help. You already have the deal, it might be worth getting an agent to walk you through it for 1% or $1,000 you can negotiate that.

Hey David, thanks for reaching out with that information. I do not live in Ohio but thank you for offering services.
