Hi, Tom here. I want to give an overview of the Bronze and Silver products. The Bronze and Silver tiers include the main FAU course, as well as additional informal meetings for Silver members. They contain all the information needed to become a wealthy real estate investor; however, they do not include direct mentoring from me via text/call (though they may be upgraded later). Bronze and Silver members will have access to me during member meetings, where you can ask me questions directly. With these, you get 1–2 mentorship meetings monthly, depending on which plan you choose, but full direct mentorship is reserved for Gold and Platinum members.

The number one thing before getting into any of my programs is to make sure you have read my book, “Wake Up and Smell the Real Estate.” This provides your foundation, and the course expands upon what you learn in the book. While mentorship is recommended, I realize it is not affordable for everyone, so I created Bronze and Silver so those folks could get started and upgrade as they make money. I suggest using the book and the Bronze or Silver course to gain knowledge and make your first deal. Over time, members can graduate into the Gold and Platinum tiers as their capital grows from investing and saving.

Many members started with the book, made money, and joined the Gold mentorship. You can be another success story!
