Just dropping a line here….I saw a for rent sign in my neighborhood and made a call, following the things Tom has taught us like – be interested in the house, let them make an offer first, etc. It was a coming soon sign (soon to rent) called the owner, he proceeded to tell me all about the house, he has owned it for 30 years and said he hadn’t come up with a rent price. I proceeded to ask him if he’d be interested in selling….long pause on his end, I’m not sure I’m ready yet, but could I get your info? Hmmmm….this might not go anywhere, but I will be calling on all rental signs I see from now on. Keep your eyes open!

      Thats great Chris,

Also sometimes you can possibly rent, if you have a need, and get a option to buy in the future.

Absolutely the right thing to do for rent and garage sale signs as well.

      Tom
