Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DataCreata, LLC, doing business as Flip Anything USA (“FAU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with FlipAnythingUSA.com and related services.

1. Scope

This Policy covers public website use, forms, the Real Estate Readiness Assessment, purchases, memberships/subscriptions, consultations, member areas, training/video use, calculators, AI Tom, community features, email/SMS, support, analytics, and advertising. A third-party site or service has its own policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Identity/contact: name, email, phone, address, account username, profile information.
  • Assessment/lead: goals, experience, activity, strategy, obstacles, approximate deployable-cash and net-worth ranges, Guru Test answers and evidence, result classifications, source/campaign, and consent choices.
  • Transaction/account: products, prices, orders, subscriptions, membership tier/status, billing/shipping address, tax information, payment status, refunds/chargebacks, consultation purchase, and provider transaction identifiers. Stripe/payment providers generally handle complete card/bank credentials.
  • Member activity: training progress, archive acquisitions/allowance, calculator/tool use, support history, agreement acceptance, community posts, saved preferences, and QA/technical events.
  • Communications and participation: contact/support requests, emails, texts, call-coordination details, survey/feedback, testimonial/story material, marketing preferences, and voluntary session contributions such as your name, voice, image, screen name, statements, questions, and chat messages.
  • AI/calculator inputs: questions, prompts, values, and outputs you choose to enter. Do not enter secrets or unnecessary highly sensitive/confidential data.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, device/browser/operating system, language, approximate location, timestamps, referrer, pages/actions, identifiers, cookies/local storage, login/security events, error/performance logs, and advertising/analytics interaction data.
  • Purchase/conversion events and campaign parameters, subject to applicable consent controls.

Information from other sources

  • payment and account-status data;
  • GoHighLevel contact/consent/campaign data;
  • Google/Meta/analytics/advertising data;
  • Vimeo/video delivery data;
  • social/media/referral platforms;
  • public sources or partners when lawful and relevant;
  • manual provisioning/referrals supplied by you, Tom, or an authorized administrator.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, personalize, secure, and support the Services;
  • create/manage accounts, orders, subscriptions, memberships, access, progress, archives, calculators, consultations, and agreements;
  • score/display assessments and the Guru Test, email requested results, and route follow-up;
  • contact qualified/Pending leads directly by call/text and communicate requested/service information;
  • process payments, taxes, refunds/chargebacks, fraud/risk, and accounting records;
  • send transactional account/order/access/security messages through Postmark/other providers;
  • send marketing/nurture email and permitted SMS through GoHighLevel;
  • respond to requests and coordinate consultations;
  • record, edit, archive, publish, distribute, and promote sessions and voluntary contributions as disclosed in the applicable recording and media consent;
  • operate/moderate community and protect users/property/rights;
  • analyze performance, usage, conversion, advertising, and product improvement subject to consent/law;
  • comply with law, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse;
  • create de-identified/aggregate insights that do not reasonably identify a person.

4. Legal bases/consent

Depending on location and activity, processing may be based on contract, requested steps, legitimate interests, legal obligation, consent, or another lawful basis. You may withdraw consent prospectively where consent applies, but withdrawal does not invalidate prior processing or necessary contract/legal processing.

Promotional email, promotional SMS, service communications, and browser tracking may use different bases/choices. The notice next to a form controls the follow-up consent requested by that form. Guru Test submission includes consent to results and follow-up email that may contain real-estate education, updates, and offers; marketing email can be unsubscribed from at any time.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to:

  • hosting, security, backup, caching, WordPress, software-development, and infrastructure providers;
  • payment, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and commerce providers;
  • Postmark for transactional email;
  • GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for CRM, marketing, forms, email, and SMS;
  • Cloudflare for security, caching, and form bot protection (Turnstile);
  • Google Workspace for business email;
  • Google/Meta and other analytics/advertising providers subject to consent/law;
  • Vimeo and media/delivery providers;
  • support, professional advisers, contractors, and affiliates with appropriate access obligations;
  • regulators, courts, law enforcement, or parties necessary to comply with law/protect rights/safety;
  • a buyer/successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or similar transaction, subject to law.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising/analytics disclosures may be considered “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain state laws. Where applicable, required notice and opt-out mechanisms apply.

We do not disclose assessment financial-range answers to advertising platforms as targeting/event parameters.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use necessary cookies/storage for login, security, cart/checkout, account/member functionality, preferences, and load balancing. With the required consent or lawful basis, we may use analytics/advertising cookies/pixels to understand use, measure campaigns, and personalize advertising.

Browser controls may block cookies, but necessary functions may fail. We do not use session replay or heatmaps on assessment financial questions, checkout/payment, account, private community, member content, or AI conversations unless separately disclosed and permitted.

7. Email, SMS, and calls

  • Transactional/service messages may be necessary for accounts, purchases, access, security, consultation coordination, and requested assessment follow-up.
  • Guru Test submitters agree to receive their requested results and follow-up email that may include real-estate education, updates, and offers. The Guru Test, free book chapter, and webinar invitation forms send the requested results or materials, notify FAU staff, and add the submitter to FAU’s GoHighLevel CRM with a source tag (the Guru Test also records the submitted answers, evidence, and score on that contact); each form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Membership status from WooCommerce is mirrored to the same CRM contact for segmentation; it never determines member access.
  • Marketing email includes an unsubscribe method.
  • Marketing SMS, where used, is optional; consent is not a condition of purchase; message frequency varies; message/data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help (subject to actual number/provider configuration).
  • Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary transactional/service messages.
  • Human one-to-one contact by Tom may occur based on an assessment/request; the public result should not guarantee a response time.

8. Payments

Stripe and related payment networks process card/bank information under their own terms/privacy notices. FAU receives limited identifiers/statuses needed to manage orders, subscriptions, refunds, access, accounting, and support. ACH may involve bank verification/mandate information handled by providers.

9. AI, calculators, and sensitive inputs

AI Tom may process prompts through FAU and external model/service providers. Outputs and prompts may be logged for security, support, or improvement as actually configured. Do not submit passwords, secret keys, complete payment/bank details, Social Security numbers, privileged legal documents, or sensitive third-party data.

Calculator inputs may be processed locally or on FAU systems depending on implementation. The published policy must be updated if scenarios are saved to accounts or shared with Tom.

10. Data retention

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including:

  • account/membership data while active and for a reasonable period afterward;
  • transaction, agreement, tax/accounting, fraud, and legal records for required/defensible periods;
  • assessment/lead/marketing data until no longer useful, consent is withdrawn, or law requires deletion, subject to suppression records;
  • logs/backups for rotating security/operational periods;
  • community/user content until deleted/account closed or retention is needed for integrity/legal reasons.

Backup copies may persist temporarily until normal rotation.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the business, including access control, TLS, service separation, security monitoring, backups, and credential protection. No system is guaranteed secure. You are responsible for account/password security and prompt incident reporting.

12. Your choices and privacy rights

You may:

  • update account/profile information;
  • manage subscriptions/payment methods through account/provider functionality;
  • unsubscribe from marketing email;
  • reply STOP to marketing SMS where supported;
  • adjust cookie/tracking choices;
  • request access, correction, deletion, portability, limitation, or appeal where applicable;
  • opt out of applicable sale/sharing/targeted advertising;
  • complain to a regulator where applicable.

Submit requests to [email protected]. We may verify identity/authority and may deny/limit a request where law permits (for example, transaction/legal/security records or another person’s rights). Authorized agents may be required to provide proof. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising rights.

State-specific rights vary. Additional notices or preference controls may apply.

13. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and FAU does not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact [email protected] if you believe a child submitted information.

14. International use

FAU is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where providers operate, which may have different laws. International users should use the Services only where lawful and may contact us about applicable transfer safeguards.

15. Third-party links/content

Third-party services such as Amazon, social platforms, Vimeo, Google, Meta, Stripe, and GHL control their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information.

16. Changes

We may update this Policy and change the Effective Date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. We will update this Policy when providers, tracking, saved calculator or AI behavior, or data practices materially change.
