These terms supplement the Terms of Service for Flip Anything USA memberships and mentorships offered by DataCreata, LLC, doing business as Flip Anything USA (“FAU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Authorization and recurring charges
By purchasing a membership or mentorship, you authorize FAU and its payment providers to charge the payment method you select for the initial amount, taxes if applicable, and the recurring continuation amount according to the amounts and schedule shown and accepted at Checkout. Recurring charges continue until canceled as described below.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and will keep it current. If you use a bank account, you also authorize the disclosed electronic debits under the payment provider’s mandate. A returned or reversed bank debit may be treated as nonpayment.
2. Cancellation and access
You may cancel future recurring continuation charges through available account functionality or by contacting FAU. Cancellation normally stops future renewal charges. Access generally continues through the already-paid access period and then ends according to your membership status. Cancellation does not refund the initial enrollment, an already-processed continuation charge, or a previously paid period except where applicable law requires otherwise or FAU expressly agrees in writing.
Refunds and chargebacks may remove affected access or benefits immediately. Failed-payment, suspension, and reactivation behavior follows the applicable payment, subscription, membership, and purchase terms. Reactivation does not automatically create new one-time benefits.
3. Recording and media consent
By registering for, joining, attending, or participating in any Flip Anything USA membership session, webinar, Zoom or other video meeting, livestream, class, Q&A, consultation, community event, training, or other FAU program, you understand that the session may be audio- or video-recorded. You grant DataCreata, LLC, Flip Anything USA, Tom McKay, and their designees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to record, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, advertise, and otherwise use your name, voice, image, likeness, screen name, statements, questions, chat messages, and other voluntary contributions, in whole or in part, in any media for educational, archival, promotional, advertising, commercial, and other lawful business purposes, without additional approval or compensation, except where FAU agrees otherwise in writing. Do not share confidential, privileged, or sensitive information during a recorded session. If you do not agree, do not join or participate and contact FAU before the session. This consent applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Electronic records and acceptance
You agree that electronic Checkout acceptance, order and agreement records, timestamps, document versions or hashes, and related evidence may satisfy signature and record requirements to the extent permitted by law. FAU may require re-acceptance for a materially changed agreement. A new version applies prospectively and does not rewrite historical acceptance records.
