These terms supplement the Terms of Service for Bronze Membership, Silver Membership, Gold Mentorship, and Platinum Mentorship.
1. Standard new-enrollment terms

The checkout/order controls if an explicitly approved later offer differs. Gold/Platinum pricing is private and must not be published on ordinary public pages; the exact initial and continuation amounts are displayed and accepted at the noindex checkout.
2. Authorization
By purchasing, you authorize FAU and its payment provider to charge:
- the disclosed initial enrollment amount; and
- the disclosed monthly continuation amount beginning 12 months after the enrollment/upgrade date and monthly thereafter until canceled.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and will keep it current. For ACH, you authorize the disclosed electronic debit(s) under the provider mandate. A returned/reversed bank debit may be treated as nonpayment.
3. Initial term and continuation
- The standard initial term is 12 months from successful enrollment/upgrade.
- Continuation starts exactly 12 months later and is month-to-month.
- Continuation preserves the ongoing benefits of the active tier, subject to reasonable-use/availability limits and the current offer.
- Quantity-limited/one-time benefits do not replenish unless expressly stated.
- Canceling continuation does not refund the initial term or already-paid period.
4. Tier summary
- Bronze/Silver: no live mentorship Zoom access; two total critical-support calls per enrollment; Silver includes two monthly archive acquisitions.
- Gold: usually weekly eligible group Zooms, four monthly archive acquisitions, and priority/reasonable-use phone/text deal support.
- Platinum: Gold plus unlimited archive access while active, higher-touch reasonable-use access/deal review/accountability, and one Austin-area property tour during the initial term.
Exact benefits/status are stated in the current offer. Developing Platinum features are not guaranteed unless expressly included at purchase.
5. Archive access
Silver/Gold monthly allowances do not roll over. Paid or allowance-acquired recordings remain associated with the account indefinitely under the current policy. Platinum’s full-library access depends on active Platinum status; separately acquired recordings remain. FAU may correct fraud, duplicate/error grants, or refunded/charged-back access.
6. Upgrades
Subject to eligibility/approval, 100% of actual qualifying payments toward the current tier’s initial enrollment price may be credited toward the higher tier’s initial enrollment price. Continuation charges, consultations, archives, and unrelated purchases are excluded. A higher-tier upgrade starts a new 12-month term/continuation anniversary. The current process may require a user-specific coupon and manual cancellation of the lower tier.
7. Cancellation and access
You may cancel future monthly continuation as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Access normally continues through the paid period, then ends. Refunds/chargebacks remove affected benefits immediately. Failed-payment/suspension/reactivation behavior follows the payment/subscription/membership systems and these terms.
Reactivation does not automatically create new one-time benefits. FAU does not promise a continuation-rate reactivation after access ends.
8. Price or term changes
FAU will not silently change an existing subscription’s historical terms. For future continuation price changes, FAU will provide notice/consent as required by the accepted agreement and law. A tier upgrade/new enrollment uses the then-approved terms shown at purchase.
9. Electronic records and acceptance
You agree that electronic checkout acceptance, order/agreement records, timestamps, document versions/hashes, and related evidence may satisfy signature/record requirements to the extent permitted by law. FAU may require re-acceptance for a materially changed agreement.
