Field tool: mentor verification
Real Estate Mentor Website Check
Three questions. Look at their site with your own eyes before you believe a word of the pitch.
- questions, answered from the mentor's own website
- rule: a “Yes” only counts when you write down the evidence
- guesswork: your score and verdict are calculated for you
Rule 01
Passing Isn't Proof
Passing this test is not proof, just reduced risk. A well-funded fake could post staged testimonials, stock video, or a list of real addresses that were not actually the mentor's deals. Verify what you find before you believe the pitch.
Rule 02
No Proof, No Trust
Without this information, you can assume their experience and success are made up. A “Yes” with nothing written down does not count. It scores the same as a “No.”
