I spoke to my mom, apparently my sister’s in-laws have given up on a house. It is vacant. We know personally that it is not in rough shape because my dad & my bro in-law were fixing it. But the owners don’t care for it, off market.
I’ve asked for names and numbers, they don’t know me, I believe it gives me an advantage since in-law personal business, they can see me as an out person with no personal connection. Anyways, what procedure allows me to take over this property?
Anyone please advise, time is money and deals do go by quick. This is in Vegas and the house last sold over 10yrs ago, today it would sell quick, or a personal goal, giving my parents a house.

Please tell me of procedures or strategies.
      Thanks

Get familiar with prices out there, send ‘em a letter. And go from there.
