Hi, Tom here. I want to give an overview of the Bronze and Silver products. The Bronze and Silver tiers include the main FAU course, as well as additional informal meetings for Silver members. They contain all the information needed to become a wealthy real estate investor; however, they do not include direct mentoring from me via text/call (though they may be upgraded later). Bronze and Silver members will have access to me during member meetings, where you can ask me questions directly. With these, you get 1–2 mentorship meetings monthly, depending on which plan you choose, but full direct mentorship is reserved for Gold and Platinum members.
The number one thing before getting into any of my programs is to make sure you have read my book, “Wake Up and Smell the Real Estate.” This provides your foundation, and the course expands upon what you learn in the book. While mentorship is recommended, I realize it is not affordable for everyone, so I created Bronze and Silver so those folks could get started and upgrade as they make money. I suggest using the book and the Bronze or Silver course to gain knowledge and make your first deal. Over time, members can graduate into the Gold and Platinum tiers as their capital grows from investing and saving.
Many members started with the book, made money, and joined the Gold mentorship. You can be another success story! Welcome to the Gold Mentorship—our most popular and affordable option. This includes all of the course content from Bronze and Silver, and much, much more. You will have access to all the necessary information to become a successful investor, but most importantly, you will have direct access to me for help and guidance through your active real estate deals. You will be provided with my personal cell phone number, which you can use to text me for critical support on your first, second, or other deals while you are in the mentorship—some members have continued for three or more years.
The knowledge base grows with every new meeting, now totaling over 500 hours in the archive. You will have access to live mentorship meetings to ask questions and listen in on other members in the same session. There are usually under 50 participants in a Zoom meeting, so you will get your questions addressed. In addition to the live meetings, you will also be granted access to the archives and can watch up to four free recordings per month.
Gold and Platinum members form a special group where you will expand your capabilities with others and make new associates to network with. Gold and Platinum are applied for, and new members can only be approved by me, Tom. This is why the students’ results are so fantastic—they are vetted. I only allow people who are sincere, bright, and whom I believe will do well and be an asset to themselves as well as to the class.
The Platinum tier is the ultimate training offered by me personally. In addition to everything offered by the Gold tier, Platinum members will be given a personal driving tour of my properties in Austin, TX, where I will explain my methods of acquiring, renting, holding, and selling different properties. Members will also have unlimited free rentals from the meeting archive.
The Platinum tier covers a full year of mentorship and free rentals, and can be extended at $149.99/month after one year.
