I’m looking at what things are selling for in my area, but one thing I haven’t done is call any agents yet. I have roughly an idea of what I would say to one but I don’t know if I would really have anything to offer them for the useful advice and I don’t want them to start ignoring me. Has anyone found a deal without talking to one or what did you guys do for the agent when you maybe were first starting out and didn’t have referrals or anything they can sell?
