  Anyone have an idea of what an ideal percentage of non-owner occupied homes may be for a target area? I’m looking at a neighborhood where there’s about 5 non-owner-occupied houses for every 50 properties… Is this too few?

  I am seeing similar numbers Kyle for non-owner occupied.
  
  The high equity long time owners living in the property would be the next list to focus on.
