Land Value Comps

Hi guys, I am looking at some vacant lots, but I am having a hard time finding comps. I see land for sale on zillow, but those are only asking prices and not sales prices.Where have you all been successful in finding final sales prices of land? I am looking on prop stream, but its very difficult.

Land sells on various sites.

Look up public records.

Drive around & ask people Qs.
