  I have been bidding on homes on square foot price it makes a lot sence to me but only on home from 1500 to 2400 sf which is the bulk of what I look at any body have any thoughts on that

  The only variable is lot size. If you can split a lot and keep the house on one and build another that can be very valuable and is an opportunity often overlooked.
