1. Acceptance of Agreement
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in FlipAnythingUSA mentorship programs, Member
agrees to this Agreement. Electronic signature acceptance constitutes a legally binding
agreement.
2. Member Services
Member Services include mentorship programs, coaching sessions, Zoom calls, recordings,
templates, training materials, worksheets, downloads, course materials, and community
discussions.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through Member Services are the exclusive property of DataCreata,
LLC, including mentorship recordings, training materials, templates, strategies, and
documents. No ownership rights are transferred to Member.
4. Limited License
Member is granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal educational use
only. Member may not share recordings, distribute materials, upload materials online, or
provide access to non-members.
5. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
Member Services contain proprietary Confidential Information including mentorship
recordings, Zoom sessions, student discussions, deal examples, templates, financial
strategies, coaching conversations, and business methods. Member agrees not to share or
distribute Confidential Information. These obligations are perpetual.
6. Recording Consent and Media Release
Member acknowledges mentorship sessions may be recorded and grants Company a
perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to record sessions, use participation in recordings,
distribute recordings to members, use recordings in training, and use excerpts for marketing,
advertising, and promotional purposes.
7. Educational Disclaimer
Company provides educational content only and does not provide legal, financial, tax,
investment, or employment advice.
8. No Income Guarantee
Company does not guarantee income, investment results, or business success.
9. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are provided once access to digital materials or Member
Services has been granted.
10. Termination
Company may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement or misuse of
materials. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
11. Limitation of Liability
Company shall not be liable for investment losses, business losses, lost profits, or financial
decisions. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Member.
12. Indemnification
Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DataCreata, LLC from claims arising from
Member activities, misuse of materials, or violation of this Agreement.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
14. Arbitration
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas. Member waives
participation in class-action litigation.
15. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Member and Company
regarding mentorship participation.
