His first commercial-industrial building purchase changed everything. He was a self-made millionaire by 27, built passive income that meant he never had to work for someone else, and kept buying: land, houses, apartment buildings, offices, retail centers, industrial property. Hundreds of thousands of square feet over 46 years.
