I saw a great opportunity on Zillow. The Real Estate Agent said it’s a seller’s market. I asked her if the owner would be willing to seller finance & she said that rarely happens. She kept asking for pre approval & kept saying I’m an investor & want to know how much the owners wants cash for the down payment.

The lady said she’s a top player and was ready for the next call. Haha. Maybe I’ll just stick to sending letters.

I’m in Long Island and that seems to be the case with MLS-listed residential here too. Most realtors here don’t even know what seller financing is
