The tax assessor’s website for your target area will show the primary owner as an LLC. If the same LLC owns multiple properties, they’re likely an investor, possibly a real estate agent too, but not necessarily. For sure an investor.

Anyone who whose name shows up multiple times on the tax assessor website (LLC or person’s name), can be considered a multiple owner.
